The girl of Huawei creator Ren Zhengfei is accused of fraud using a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, based on journalists present in hearing. The U.S. Department of Justice said Meng granted SkyCom, an unofficial Huawei subsidiary to complete business in Iran, surpassing U.S. sanctions from the nation and unsuccessful American finance institutions within the procedure.

Meng could be deported into the U.S.and also a process which may take a few weeks to finish. America Justice Department has 60 days to create the extradition petition, which must be approved by the court.
